1. Cottage cheese——————100 gms
2. Cabbage————————-25  gms
3. Onion—————————-25 gms
4. Capsicum————————25 gms
5. Ginger—————————5 gms
6. Green Chilli———————5 gms
7. Coriander———————-10 gms
8. Mint—————————–10 gms
9. Red Chilli powder————5 gms
10. Jeera————————–2 gms
11. Ajwain————————2 gms
12. Garlic————————–5 gms
13. Salt——————-as required
14. oil——————————-5 ml
15. Bread slices——————-4 no(your choice of bread)
16. Mayonnaise——————-20 gms
17. Butter————————–10 gms


1. Cut cottage cheese into small cubes and all the vegetables mentioned into dices.
2. Finely chop green chillies, ginger, garlic, mint
and coriander.
3. For mixture, heat oil in a pan, crackle
jeera, add ginger, garlic & green chillies. Sauté well.
4. Add the vegetable juliennes, haldi and red chilli powder. Stir fry.
5. Add  cottage cheese dices and mix well. And cook.
6. Finish with  mint and coriander.
7. Check for seasoning. Keep it on side. 
8. Add mayonnaise to this mixture and mix well. Your stuffing is ready.( Mayonnaise gives binding to mixture)

9. Now apply butter on both the sides of bread slice, place this stuffing on one of the bread and cover it with another slice of bread.
10. Place it in the griller & give it nice grill marks( criss-cross).
11. Remove, Cut into 4 and serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
