Fish Fingers with Tar tare Sauce


Traditional homemade fish fingers are just perfect for the kids. Serve them with healthy chips, Tartare Sauce and a splash of lemon. What are you waiting for? Get started with these easy steps!


1. Fish Fillet
2. Mustard
3. Egg
4. Flour
5. Salt
6. Pepper
7. Lemon
8. Bread Crumbs
9. Parsley
10. Oil(for fryin)

1. Cut Fish Fillet into fingers. Serve 6 Pieces in a 1 Portion
2. Marinate Fish fingers with Mustard, Lemon juice, Chopped Parsley , Salt & Pepper. Leave this on side for about 10-15 mins. (so that it seasons well)
3.Take Refined flour, Beaten Egg and Bread Crumbs in 3 different bowls.
4. First, coat the marinated Fish with Flour. Dust the excess Flour.
5. Then dip the fish finger in beaten egg
6. Finally, coat the Fish Finger with Bread Crumbs.
7. Follow same steps for remaining marinated fish.
8. Heat oil. Fry Fingers till crispy & golden brown.
9. Tartare sauce: Mix together  mayonnaise, chopped of gherkin, caper,
cocktail onion and parsley.
10. Serve  Fish Fingers with tartare sauce,fries and lemon wedges
